Item 1:

A proposal was made to Honor Greg Klinker in Memorandum by donating $100 to his Chosen charity Tunnel to Towers (www.t2t.org) Motion was formalize bf Danny Webb, seconded by Kevin Gieger. The vote was unanimous in favor. The treasurer will issue a check in memory of Greg Klinker.

Item 2:

Club agreed to show the traveling layout at the Lewisburg Ice Cream Social on June 14 2025. We will ask for $400 an an honorarium. It was agreed that we will hire some locals to assist with lumping during loading and unloading at the rate of $20 per person, as needed.

Item 3: The club declined to make a donation to the NMRA.
