Topic: Matt membership – he has decided to leave the club. He will bring his dues current and resign. He stated that he does not have time but wants to leave in good standing.
Topic: Kevin discussed the information about what will be covered at the upcoming Ross Building meeting on 5/16/26.
1. Occupation timing is currently 6/1/26
2. Cost will be $250/room each year. We are getting 2 rooms. The cost is good for one year and will increase the second year. We don’t have the specifics on the increase at this time.
3. We will ask for a 10 year contract to help prevent eviction, however the club would settle for a shorter contract.
4. Kevin has the application from the school and will complete and return.
5. Discussion on access – will have individual key fobs or another lock box option. Members agreed that they would pay for their own fob depending on the cost. 6.
