    Members in attendance: Kurt, Dan, Monty, John, Joe, Kevin, George, Matt.
Celeste was also present.

    The meeting was called to order at 7:41 by President Kurt Albrecht.
    
John Pasqualetti read the last meeting minutes. 
Kevin motioned to accept minutes with amended notes by the president as read by John. 
Dan seconded the motion. Unanimously accepted.

    Treasurer’s report from Dan from Sept. 30, 2024:
The ending balance as of xx/xx/xxxx was $???????
CD #1 of $5000 was reinvested after earning 69.24 over a 6-month term. 5.31% int.
CD #2 of $9000
The total balance of $xxxxxx.xx
    No Vice President’s report.
    Old Business
Depot by Joe is done
    New Business
    Joe motioned to vote Jeremy Scarf out. John seconded. 11 months in arrears.
Seven members voted out and George voted nay.
Kevin motioned and Joe seconded.
   Frank Huber member
Matt motioned and Dave seconded. Unanimously voted out in bad standing.
   Randy. Accept resignation and vote out in good standing.
Dan motioned and Joe seconded. Unanimously voted out in good standing.
Amend by-laws for students
Documentation of how things are done (scenery, wiring, track laying, etc.)
