Cincinnati Northern Model Railroad Club Meeting Minutes Oct. 8, 2024

Meeting called to order at 7:38 by the President Kurt Albrecht
Last meetings minutes were read by Greg Klinker
George motioned to accept minutes with amended notes by president as read by Greg. Kevin seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s report from Dan from July 9, 2024:
Ending balance as of 6/30/2024 was $1435.69 CD #1 of $5000 reinvested after earning 69.24 over a 6 month term. 5.31% int. CD #2 of $9000 Sum total balance of $15504.93
Kevin motioned to accept treasurer’s report with Monty seconding it. Motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s report for October 8. 2024:
Dan reported a balance of $1828.49 before expenses with an ending balance of $15505.85. George motioned to accept treasurer’s report with Kevin seconding it. Motion passed unanimously.

Dave Kuleman vote out in good standing. Kevin motioned and Joe seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Frank Huber member. Voted out in poor standing Kevin motioned and Matt seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Dave Wilson vote on admission George motioned to accept Dave as a new member. Kevin seconded it. Motion passed unanimously.
Hogan Menendez membership application rejected, revisit in 3 months pending amendment of by-laws (member status)
Suggested that an Attendance sheet be used.
Monty wants to create Digital Member Binders/E-mail.
Lewisburg Campaign to save the caboose, looking for donations. George motioned that the club donate $500, Kevin seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Trash removal from Joe’s barn rental. Joe motioned to cover the cost of trash removal, Kevin seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Motion for Kevin to purchase track and turnouts up to $600. Motion passed unanimously.
Motion to adjourn meeting. Kevin motioned to adjourn.
