The CINCINNATI NORTHERN MODEL RAILROAD CLUB

                   Quarterly Meeting
                   2 JANUARY 2024 

The first meeting of 2024 was held at the home of Greg Klinker. 
There were eight Regular Active Members present.

The club bought pizza and it was enjoyed by the members in 
attendance. 
The Secretary, Greg Klinker read the minutes of the October 
2023 meeting.  Accepted as read, Monty Stein motioned to 
accept the minutes as read. Unanimous. 
The Treasurer, Dan Webb reported the club has $15,132.11 in its 
coffers. Motion to accept the Treasurers report was made by 
Kevin Geiger and seconded by Monty Stein. 
OLD Business; None 
New Business;  The Treasurer Dan Webb, has been shopping for 
CD's for investment purposes. We can get a four month CD for 
rapid returns easily. Motion to buy was made to by a $5,000 
certificate was made and accepted unanimously. The certificate 
will be bought from 5/3 bank. Unanimous consent. 
Elections were held for the calendar year of 2024. There were no 
nominations from the floor. The Secretary cast one vote for the 
officers for calendar 2024;
